JUL 7, 2008 - iPhone Web Apps is the latest installment in my search for astrological software for the new 3G iPhone. It is in fact Apple's own official site for what are called Web Apps, meaning Web-enabled applications you can use on your iPhone to peform various functions. Naturally, if you're reading this, then you probably share my interest in finding a way to do astrological calculations on the iPhone. The good news is that such a capability seems to be getting closer - but still no cigar. I say it looks closer because I have found several applications to do various astronomical calculations: sunrise and sunset, phases of the moon, world times and UT conversions, for example. The "Sun Sign astrology" garbage is there already of course, in spades. I'm still waiting for the good stuff.
