You certainly don't have to be an astrologer to find such information useful, but if you are one it's especially handy. (Astrology is about time, after all.) Here you can find a world clock table, showing current time in major world cities. There's also a rising and setting time calculator for sun and moon, a days betweeen two dates calculator, and some very basic information on daylight saving time observance around the world (including dates when DST begins and ends over the past several years). And I haven't even mentioned the various utilities to be found here, which can help in coordinating timed events around the world: a live international web meeting, for example.
