JAN 23, 2006 - Mood Alert is astrology in a contemporary guise. No horoscopes, no Greek or Egyptian or Babylonian signs or terminology . . . and yet, pure astrology, in the sense that it uses celestial factors to understand terrestrial conditions. In this case, a number of factors are considered and evaluated to come up with what's called a Mood Alert index, a number that ranges from 1 (relatively calm) to 10 (extreme volatility - even "extreme rage or anger"). I see that the authors are using some of the very same factors I use in my forecasts, and coming up with some of the same periods of high stress potential; e.g. January 29 and March 29, 2006 (SuperMoon alignments).
