for the astrologer is a must-see site for any astrologer
seeking insight into the roots of our craft. (Heaven help the astrologer
who isn't!) Author Will Wagers' has built a rather minimalist website,
little more than a collection of links. But it's an enlightening collection
of links - to sources on archaeoastronomy and astronomy, primarily. Apparently,
it's been a while since Wagers' updated his site, and some of the trail
has already gone cold. (I found an intriguing link to an Indiana University
history of astrology that went nowhere, alas.) However most of this sadly
neglected site is still alive and kicking, so get to it and get what you
want while you can: ousia can be translated as substance, and there
is much of substance here.
